Our BPA free silicone pallet knife is made of a stainless steel core that is moulded with non-toxic heat resistant to 230 deg. C food safe silicone. Heat resistant does not mean heat proof. Do not rest it on a hot pan for a long time.

It can be utilized for a variety of tasks around the kitchen such as working with pastry and fondants, icing cakes, spreading jam, chocolate or butter or just adding finishing touches to your creation.

Dishwasher safe. Wash with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly before the first use.
